Die Assembly

After machining all of the mold parts, we assemble the mold and confirm all parts are in the right place.

Mold Tryout

Check the tryout sample and modify the mold dimension.

Plastic Injection

Willy Da has a variety of injection molding machines and provide the product assembly services to our clients to save shipping time and cost with quality control. According to the inspection form and demand items, such as appearance, measurement, function, etc., the acceptance of the product is carried out to ensure that all aspects of the product meet the customer's demand standards before the final shipment.

Two-Dimension Measuring Instrument

We use the two-dimension measuring instrument and adjust the dimension to meet the customer's requirements, and make sure the finished product is in line with the tolerance standard.
